These valuable insights will be used to enhance the overall event experience, and we are doing so in the most respectful way possible. In short, no personally identifiable information will be stored or retained in any form. No attempt will be made to match video images and your identity.

What is being measured and why?
Data collected for these purposes is limited to the convention center spaces. The insights obtained from this service will be translated into sentiment analysis and traffic flow patterns that will inform future decisions aimed at improving your experience. For example, showcasing topics that sentiment analysis indicates as most popular and providing valuable insight to exhibitors and sponsors about what visitors want or don’t want to see.
How is my image being anonymized?
The video is not recorded or transmitted like with traditional cameras. Instead, the visual representation of the physical environment is fed into an AI model that converts it into non-identifying analytics. The information is aggregated at the data collection site to ensure maximum privacy protection.
Is audio being recorded?
No, audio will not be recorded. There are no microphones or sound data collected in a Zenus kit.
Is my identity at risk?
No, personally identifiable information is never stored or retained in any form. Computing devices convert the visual input from camera sensors into numerical insights. These insights are non-identifying and summarize trends on the group level. Images and video are never stored or transmitted.
Will my data be sold or shared?
No, the data collected at the event will not be sold, shared, or otherwise commercialized in any way other than to derive insights as described above. The insights generated by this non-personally identifiable data are used exclusively by the event organizer and its support partners for improved event design and delivery in the future, including establishing performance benchmarks.
