Frankfurt, Germany – April, 2026

Zenus, the pioneer in ethical AI technology, and the IMEX Group, the heartbeat of the global business events community, are proud to announce the extension of their partnership for the fourth consecutive year. As IMEX Frankfurt returns to Messe Frankfurt from May 19–21, 2026, Zenus will play a pivotal role in measuring the success of the show’s new Talking Point: Design Matters.

The 2026 theme explores the idea that "good design is good business," focusing on how intentional event architecture affects human connection and belonging. With the Frankfurt region serving as the World Design Capital for 2026, Zenus’ ethical facial analysis will provide the objective data needed to prove how design choices impact attendee energy and engagement.

Through the use of privacy-first AI sensors, Zenus will capture anonymized metrics such as attendee impressions, dwell time, and sentiment across key activation areas. This data allows the IMEX team to validate their design-led experiences by seeing exactly how attendees respond to these environments.

"We’re entering our third year partnering with IMEX, and their new 'Design Matters' Talking Point perfectly aligns with our mission,"

said Panos Moutafis, Ph.D., Co-Founder and CEO of Zenus.

"Design is often seen as subjective, but our technology makes it measurable. We’re excited to help the IMEX team and their exhibitors see the tangible 'Return on Relationship' that stems from intentional, well-designed spaces. Data is the ultimate tool for honoring the people in the room by ensuring their needs are being met."

For the 2026 edition, Zenus is also expanding its booth reporting service for individual exhibitors. This service empowers exhibitors to move past "surface-level networking" by providing high-fidelity analytics on how their booth design attracts and retains their target audience, all while maintaining a 100% privacy-first approach.

"In 2026, we are challenging the industry to embrace design as a business superpower,"

said Alex Webb, Head of Show Operations at the IMEX Group.

"To do that effectively, we need partners like Zenus who can help us understand the 'why' and 'how' behind attendee behavior. Their insights have become an essential part of our planning, helping us turn intention into memorable experiences that truly stand out."
